I loved the fact of allowing and letting. He is such a gentle soul. In the beginning I felt my body going in flight or fight mode as I was literally holding my breath while he started working on me. I guess perfectionism, control, and the thought that he was a man made me feel a bit anxious. I relaxed as soon as I realized I needed to deepen my breath to fully relax and allow. After that it was super zen, so peaceful and I felt my body was flowing freely. So good!! Very grateful!
Thank you Ian for a very relaxing session and of course it really helped me physically and psychologically. The stop light trick really helped me to be more focused and come back to myself after so many thoughts while driving. I started to feel the effects such as sleeping so much easier, waking up fresher and the most obvious thing is that my mind is getting brighter, it’s easier for me to remember where I put my things and what I have to do.
